The Tag works using ultra-wideband (UWB) technology to provide more precise location than other similar devices.
How do I activate my Tag?
Simply scan the QR code on the packaging via the BLAC app to begin setup.
Where does the Tag work?
It has worldwide coverage, as long as you have access to a signal to be able to report your location.
What do I do if I can't see the updated Tag?
Wait for the next location update. Make sure the Tag has a signal.

Can I pick up my order at your premises?
Yes. Delivery takes place 4 business hours after payment is confirmed.
How long does shipping take?
Within Mexico:
24 to 48 business hours after validating payment.
Outside Mexico:
48 to 72 business hours. Processing times begin the next business day if payment is validated after 5:00 pm or on holidays.
Who covers the cost of shipping?
The buyer covers the shipping cost. This is calculated based on destination, quantity, weight, and dimensions.
What is the duration of the warranty?
The Smart Sticker does not come with a warranty.
Business, Mint and Mint+ devices have a 12-month warranty.
This period is effective from the invoice date and is valid only for manufacturing defects.
How do I request a warranty?

What information do I need to provide to apply the warranty?
• Name or Company Name
• Tag IMEI
• Detailed description of the fault
Where should I send the Warranty Tag?
Address the package (with visible RMA folio) to: Blac - Rio San Joaquín 351, Floor 7, Col.
Popo Extension, Miguel Hidalgo, CP 11489, Mexico City.
How long does it take to diagnose and apply the warranty?
Once the Tag is received, and if the warranty applies, a new Tag will be sent free of charge within a maximum of 5 business days. If the warranty does not apply, the customer must pay for the return of the invalid Tag.
The warranty does not apply if:
• The Tag is out of date.
• The damage is not factory-made (misuse,
humidity, burns, oxidation, etc.).
• The Tag has visible external or internal damage, has been tampered with or modified.
• The product is not claimed within 30 days after the diagnosis is resolved.
Do the prices include VAT and shipping?
Yes, the costs already include VAT and shipping.
Can prices change?
Yes, availability and prices are subject to change without notice due to exchange rate fluctuations (USD).
Can I return my purchase?
We do not accept returns once the merchandise has been shipped or delivered.
Can I cancel my purchase?
Yes, as long as the product is still in the warehouse.
Can I exchange the product for another one?
Applies only if the product has not yet left the warehouse.

Can OEM design be customized for my brand?
Yes, we're happy to customize your brand. The minimum order is 3,000 pieces of the same model.
